I have been a personal trainer and nutritionist for over 10 years. I work with people of all ages, sizes and abilities, from clients requiring extreme weight loss, to the complete beginner who is nervous, to the more senior client who wants to stay mobile, get stronger and increase their life expectancy, to the client who struggles with emotional eating. I believe that truly sustainable changes require a completely holistic approach, which encom-passes exercise, nutrition and motivation.
